Breast augmentation is a common procedure in male to female transsexuals as rarely is enough breast tissue grown by using hormones alone. We again have a lot of experience of breast augmentation using either an incision in the armpit which is less satisfactory then an incision under the breast placing the prosthesis under the muscle on the chest wall. We also undertake rhinoplasties eyelid and facelift surgery.
